This signature session begins with 15 minutes of grounding intake and shared intention setting. Next, receive 60 minutes of gentle therapeutic bodywork and energetic balancing—incorporating Reiki, craniosacral, or acupressure techniques to soothe chronic tension. The session culminates with 15 minutes of acoustic immersion using resonant tuning forks (such as 128Hz or 136.1Hz) designed to recalibrate the nervous system and anchor your energy.

The soul & soma experience (120 minutes)

Created for individuals walking through major crossroads, life transitions, or creative breakthroughs. We start with 30 minutes of spiritual counseling and an insightful tarot reading to pinpoint emotional knots. Follow this with 70 minutes of light touch and energy work to physically release whatever surfaced during the reading, concluding with 20 minutes of restorative sound grounding.
